Echo-Echo.
It's been quiet around here hasn't it?
I'm so sorry guys!
This is a really late blog explaining what been going on in my life. So on the 25th of August I received my GCSE results (and I reached my goal of no C's yay!) but I never told you guys! :O I'm sorry so in case you were wondering here is what I got:
4A* 3A 3B
A*'s in Art, DT Food technology, RE and English Media
A's in DT Graphics, Math and English language
B's in Science, Additional Science and Statistics (Science and graphs are my weaknesses)
ohh and passes in things like ICT.
which is not too bad right? We'll come back to that later...
Anyway so since then I've started college. I'm studying 4 A-Level subjects in college which are:
AS Fine art
AS Photography
AS Psychology
AS English lang and lit
so I'm pretty busy, not only with lessons but with frees in the middle of the day so I do nothing but still get home really late! (I'm always tired!!)
Hense the quietness around here, I feel really bad because this blog is quite young too, I don't think it can stand up on it's own yet! But there is still things going on like the 100 Followers giveaway where you can win OVERPROTECTED by Jennifer Laurens plus a overprotected tote bag which ends Friday so if you haven't entered go have a looksie it should be in the bar over here ----> (up a bit) (yea there)
also you'll see SECRET SANTA there, what you say? it's still September! well go have a gander and see what that's all about!
Anyway yes so I've had two and a half weeks and college and I'm kind of enjoying it, got pretty excited on Friday when my tutor gave me my predicted grades and mentioned Oxford and Cambridge University to me. I never thought about University before, I wasn't even sure if I wanted to go, but now I have my heart set on getting to one of these two amazing Universities! It's a sky high goal but you know what I'm like with goals! So I'm gonna be working REALLY hard over the next two years to get there, I will try to keep you guys updated because I'm still writing and reading of course!
I need to attempt a proper In my Mailbox video, I will try tomorrow after college ok, because it has been like two months and I have a pile of books the height of me (not that tall) and I've bought ONE book in like a month!
So please be patient with me, I'm trying to juggle a lot of things at the moment, I'm also being moved to our second house (which I'm not happy about) so things are a bit crazy. But my silence does mean hard work and that's the only way I can get to where I wanna be right!
Dream big, I am!
Love you guys.

Late Interview Swap with Erica
I know I know, sorry this was supposed to be posted Monday, everything's been so hectic with college!
But here is the lovely Erika from Moonlight Book Reviews
www.moonlightbookreviews.com
www.twitter.com/MoonlightReview
What is it that drove you to start a book blog?
I have always been an avid reader, but had taken a break from reading and was online looking for a good read when I came across my first book blog. I was so excited to read them and became addicted, they fueled my passion for reading even more. I started my blog, to have a way I could express my love for literature. It is not like I can walk into school and have a conversation with someone at school about books. This was the perfect way to show my love and even fan girl over authors.
What do you enjoy the most about blogging/reviewing?
I like putting my thoughts about a book together after reading. Its something I feel like I have to do now, for my sanity's sake. Taking the time to review a book and explain why I like it, is an experience for getting out that perfect way to express what that book meant to me is wonderful. I like working with authors who have just as much love for books as I do. I am still awed that they even take the time to stop and talk to me. My blog is almost like my diary of experiences in reading and I adore it!
How old were you when you discovered your love for books?
Honestly, I remember being with books and loving them from when I was before five. I used to stare in wonder at the strange markings and pretty pictures in the pages of books. Learning to read came quickly after and my father taught me using "Chuffy the little train that could". I still really like that book!!
What are your three favourite books you read this summer?
Torn by: Erica O'Rourke
Bloodlines by: Richelle Mead
Daughter of Smoke and Bone by: Laini Taylor
Eden by: Keary Taylor
HIGHLY recommend all of these novels!!!
Are you waiting on some new releases this fall and if so which books and why?
So many books are coming out, i don't even know where to begin!! Ughm lets see here we go: Clockwork Prince by: Cassandra Clare, Silence by: Becca Fitzpatrick, The Pledge by: Kimberly Derting, The Iron Knight by: Julie Kagawa and Shatter Me by: Tahereh Mafi to name a few.
I see you do many things for school and like lots of activities, what would you say is your favourite hobby?
Well besides reading, I really like hanging out with my bestest friend and fellow blogger D.J. Desmyter who recently released his debut novel Hunted this past August. If you haven't read it what are you waiting for? Its always great talking to him and we have the greatest time together!! I also like attending author signings and meeting authors and bloggers there. Its fun seeing people who love books just as much as you!!
Last of all who is your most inspirational person in your life, a parent, an author?
I would have to say Leah Clifford. Not only is she a fantastic author, A Touch Mortal and A Touch Morbid, she also got through to me when I needed someone to understand. She probably doesn't even remember but last February at a launch party in Lansing she was talking about her life as a teen and it was eerily similar to mine. I told her that and something like clicked and I didn't feel so alone. I know this is sounding like a :Lifetime story isn't it. Yup High School is awful everyone, but it does end apparently, one year left, and when it does because not only will there be more guys around, come on i know thats what you guys are thinking too, it also opens up a whole new magical world of opportunities! Love you Leah!

Follow Friday
Q. It's that pesky magic book fairy again! She has another wish: What imaginary book world would you like to make a reality?
Anything that's different as I generally dislike the society we live in now, so many things are wrong. A world like in Delirium or Crossed is even worst I guess, but yet controlled in some way where ours is barely, I think anything much different I would enjoy for at least a little amount of time. I've just started reading Across the Universe and I already love the life Elder has by working on a space ship, I haven't got to where Amy wakes up yet but how amazing would it be to be frozen and living 3 centuries longer so you could see another planet? Anything new and beautiful I would love, new experiences are just great.
